Transcend Fitness and Performance Center Sports Performance Training is designed for athletes of all sports. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense 60-90 minute workout and attention is always paid to proper technique and safety. The first half of the workout is spent on movement which includes, stretching, activation, active warm up, linear and lateral speed development, quickness, plyometrics (jumping), and core strengthening.
The second part of the workout is dedicated to explosive power using the Olympic lifts, increasing overall body strength and various forms of conditioning. As athletes become better they are progressed to more challenging movements and exercises.
